Site Administration Setup

Use the Site Administration Setup page to set up your new Admin site account.  After you have logged in using the username and password for your new account, you will need to provide additional information to set up your account. 

The table below shows the information you will be requested to provide.

Field Description
New Password/Confirm Password Create a new password for your account.  A box to the right of the input fields provides information on requirements for your new password.
Email Address Enter your email address.  This address will be used to contact you with important changes or notices regarding the Admin site.
Country/Region Select your country or region from the drop-down menu.
Phone Number Enter your phone number.  This phone number will be used to contact you with important changes or notices regarding the Admin site.
Security Questions/Answers Choose three security question and type the answers in the fields provided.  These questions and answers will be used by the Customer Service team if you ever loose or forget your account access information.  The CS team cannot look up the answers you provide if you forget them, so be sure to only provide answers you will remember if you need to reset your account.

 

Click "Finish" once you have entered information in all of the fields.  Your account will be created, and you will be able to log into the Admin site.
